Farmington Hills, Mich. (June 25, 2013)---This eight-week workshop, led by a registered dietitian from Botsford Hospital's Diabetes & Nutrition Services, will focus you on building healthy eating habits and losing weight. Customized weekly topics reflect the group's specific challenges and goals. Meets Mondays, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., July 22 – September 16. Located at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills. Weekly weigh-ins to keep you on track. Includes support and encouragement, hands-on activities and demonstrations, meal-planning advice and recipes, helpful tips and strategies, and nutrition advice. Botsford Hospital is a multi-specialty 330 bed hospital and verified trauma center located in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
